Stay peacefully in this splendid renovated villa with a heated pool in the heart of a large wooded park. On the ground floor is the master suite with a queen-size bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a toilet. A beautiful dining room/kitchen opens onto the terrace overlooking the heated park and pool. You will enjoy a spacious living room beautifully decorated, equipped with a fireplace and a TV corner. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. The first two (one double bed and one queen-size bed) share a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The third, equipped with a queen-size bed, benefits from its own shower room. On the second level, you will find a large dormitory equipped with four single beds. In the large outbuilding, you'll find an additional lounge and kitchen, as well as a well-equipped gym and a hammam. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and its shower room, as well as a bedroom with twin beds and its shower room. Local shops are within a 10-minute walk. The city center of Biarritz, its shops, and restaurants are 10 minutes away by bike or car.
